This app has not been updated in 2yrs. I was just in Rome (2010) and this offline database was perfect.

Great app. Used everyday while in Rome to read about attractions and to also navigate the streets. Map was great. Having the gps iPad was perfect with the maps. A must have while in Rome.

A very nice app, well implemented. Good to have something that works off-line. Lots more information on the map than on Apple or Google Maps including bus stops and landmarks, making it very good for tourists. Showing which way you are pointing is also helpful. Only small complaints are 1) the Metro stations arent highlighted on the map, so they are tough to find, and 2) the off-line search for an address or road is pretty slow. Otherwise, a "must have" map for travellers!

Just went to Rome (without data roaming) and this app saved us. We would pre-plot all the places we wanted to go, consult the map as were walking and basically have it lead us and point us in the right direction. And also having the metro map is key. Its got everything. Highly recommend. Will download this app for every city I go to.

I am currently in Rome and have been for several days. This app lets you avoid using data but still see a terrific map. I was able to pin all the favorite spots we wanted to visit and this map was used every day. It even acts as a compass so I can spin around and see when I am facing the right direction of the pin on my map that I want to head towards. Dont go without this app. Get it! Trust me. I also have the app for Venice, hopefully they come out with one for Florence as well.

All features of app worked great. Maps detail was excellent, and all the sites and info was great to have. Metro information and maps were accurate and useful as well

Very handy when we go lost in the streets. Just picked up the map and turned on wifi (while in airplane mode and unconnected to network) and it works ACCURATELY. Tells you where youre heading, and if youre going to the destination (make sure you pin your destinations ahead of time online for easier travel to sites)

Ulmon excels in these apps. Good updates keep info current. Must have for travel or travel prep.

Very useful city map for travel as it includes local transit info (stops and stations), hotels and shopping as well as cultural institutions and monuments. Offline capability extremely helpful for those without travel data, wanting to locate themselves on the spot!

Travelling thru Europe and Ulmon is a trusted resource without burning thru data.

I am in Rome for few days and without this app I could have wasted hours and hours to find what I want to visit or taxi $$$. For those who are still in doubt, this app is always showing your current position without needing data package, all you need is your iPad to have 3g option. You pin point your objective and go towards it, as simple as is. Thanks for this app.

This is a must ! You dont need a wi-fi and very easy to use, you have all the information of the city!
