To say it was helpful is an understatement! You can find anything you need! Hotels, transportation, restaurants, tourist attractions, local spots! Anything! And even better, the map works offline if you are turning your phones data off due to charges! So you can look up a location and figure out how far it is, and how to get there. Love this app!

I mainly loved this app because it can be used offline, and gps will position you on the map.

Great map, offers a lot of information on sites and best of all works offline. Realized towards the end each site checks the closest metros for you as well, so dont miss that! Such an awesome and useful app!

I love that you can use this map offline and still access so much information, including your current location. We used it in Rome and were able to get a lot of detail about almost every landmark we stopped in front of. I especially like the feature allowing the user to add his own photo -- perfect for creating a personalized digital photo book. The marker feature is fantastic for reminding you of where you went, where you want to go, or where you want to go back to. Best gelato you ever had? Mark it with a star!

We loved using this map! We were able to navigate all around Rome with no problem. The map was very detailed and included back alleyways as well as main roads. Will use this for all major cities we go to.

This app made the trip from the airport to my hotel so seamless I could not believe it. From Metro stops to locations and updated reviews, this app is great.

I used this app every dat during my 10 day trip to Rome. Most useful- offline map. We navigated everywhere with this app. Mostly walking. It even shows stairs and shortcuts which are very useful in Rome with all of the back alley establishments. Helpful- articles on hot spots and tourist attractions. The links to outside web pages werent working for me but it gave a good start.

We used this app constantly in Rome (and Barcelona). The detailed offline maps and site information was very helpful. It did not seem to have all of the restaurants or activities loaded, not sure if they promote some above others based on fees... Regardless, the maps were invaluable because they allowed us to set pins and loosely plan our day in advance. Also liked the Wikipedia entries, they provided additional context. If they could add bus routes (and times) it would be 6+ stars! Would not travel without this on the phone.

We used this to get around different cities in Italy (Rome, Venice, Florence) and also used the map of Amsterdam. It was very helpful most of the time.

Great app for travellers who do not have internet connection. You just download the map before and you are good to go.

Free and excellent source as map and reference to get around in Rome. Used for 5 full days without a glitch.

This map made my adventures in Rome amazing. It was a blast getting "lost" in the city, because no matter where I wandered, I could find exactly where I was & where I was going. It uses very little battery & uses satellite GPS instead of cellular data or wifi. It also accessed info on restaurants & monuments I stumbled upon, along with searching for addresses! All while offline!!

The map feature is excellent, with the ability to mark places on-the-go so as to return when you can. Info is ok. Really good & functional travel companion, but dont expect deep coverage.
